This new feature provides in-depth project data and KPI insights, tailored to individual users, groups, or categories. User-based analytics focuses on individual user interactions within VR projects, offering detailed insights that help you understand your target audience’s habits more effectively.
As part of this enhancement, we have introduced unique project links. Companies can now assign specific users, groups, or categories to their dedicated link, enabling them to access detailed analytics data for each and share your project more securely.
Key features include:
- Individual and group insights: Generate custom links for individual users or groups to track specific interactions. Those can even be based on factors like A/B tests, marketing campaigns or a comparison of various facilities.
- Enhanced learning and training: This feature is particularly beneficial in training and education scenarios, enabling training officers to monitor and optimize their user’s engagement.
- Comprehensive tracking: While user-based analytics is a new and powerful addition to the existing feature, maintaining access to all KPIs and data points as before ensures a seamless transition to more granular analytics.
- Improved marketing data: Enables data tracking to analyze user interactions and preferences, allowing for more precise targeted campaigns and optimized marketing efforts.
Data privacy commitment
Enabling the feature is optional and a conscious choice that every author has to manually take. VRdirect does not collect data by default, ensuring user privacy. When enabling the analytics feature it must be done in compliance with applicable laws and enterprise data security guidelines.
