Want to partake in the apex of global Hackathons?
Now is your chance.
Together with TechCrunch we are launching our first international creative hackathon aimed at you, the designer, the hacker, the agency.
From the 1st of June to the 2nd of August you’ll have the opportunity to download our VRdirect Studio (the tool used to create award winning experiences like this) and publish your own interactive experience!
From individuals to larger teams all are welcome to participate and submit their VR experience.

Inspired by the world around us and the lives we live, we challenge you to the theme “Been there NEVER done that” a #VRBucketList Experience. Create something you’ve never experienced before in VR, showcase your local must-see or teach someone a bucket list skill in VR. The only limit is that of your imagination!

The Prizes
Your VR experience will be published on our #VRdirect App for the world to see and judged by a panel of VR experts and content creators. The more interactive the experience the better your chances are at winning!
- 1st place: 12-month enterprise license (White label app included) and $1.000
- 2nd place: 12-month professional license and $500
- 3rd place: 12-month professional license and $250
Your ticket to Disrupt SF
The top 70 hacks of the overall TechCrunch Disrupt SF Hackathon judged internationally by TechCrunch will receive Innovator Passes to TC Disrupt SF 2018 (max 5 per team). Additionally, the top 30 highest scoring hacks will be eligible to demo their hack at Disrupt SF in the semi-finals from which they’ll select 10 to pitch their hack on The Next Stage in front of thousands of Disrupt attendees with one receiving the $10,000 grand prize.
