I get a notification with “license limit exceeded” – What can I do?

If you receive this pop-up window, then you have exceeded your license limits. If you are running on a free license, please note that the limits currently are:

1 VR project, 100 MB storage and 10 views per month

This means, that you have either uploaded files with a larger file size or already have an uploaded VR project. Please reduce the size of your files to decrease the amount of storage and try again. Or please go to the “Share” tab and make sure to remove any existing projects here. You can always save or export them locally.

Alternatively, you can also upgrade your license in order to get more enhanced license limits. To do so, please choose a license from our pricing page or contact us directly via contact@vrdirect.com.
