Please check whether the app has been updated to the latest version. If so, close the app again and open it again, or download the project again. Also, please check on a second test device. If these errors are reproducible, we would be very pleased if you could send a short message to support@www.vrdirect.com. Please be sure to include the details of the test device, project and app version. If 360° content is displayed in a strange way, please check in the VR project which 360° projection was selected and in which projection the 360° content was recorded (Equirectangular monoscopic? Stereoscopic? …etc.).
